Do you do delivery and what are the prices?
Yes, we do. If you purchase online and your item can be shipped via Australia Post, this option will appear at checkout and the shipping cost will be added to your order.
For larger furniture pieces, shipping is quoted per item at the time of purchase—please contact our team for a quote.
All road delivery costs must be paid separately and prior to transit. Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, or in-store at the MDH counter.
Alternatively, you can collect your order from our Busselton showroom during opening hours, however, MDH cannot take responsibility for delays or damage caused by third-party couriers.

Do you offer an interior design service?
Yes, we do! Kellie has extensive experience in interior styling and home decorating. The initial consultation is a one-hour service and is charged at $150, which is booked through MDH and paid in advance. Any future scope of work and quotes are tailored to each client and will be provided after the first consultation.
If you choose to proceed with interior design services, the $150 consultation fee can be redeemed in-store on purchases of $1,500 or more.

Can you source a specific item for me?
Yes, we can! We take all requests for special items at the MDH front desk. Where possible, we’re happy to source items through our suppliers, such as simple changes to colour or finish.
If you’re looking for a very specific or unique piece (for example, a golden antique peacock that’s 1m tall with a sapphire necklace), this may require dedicated sourcing time. In these cases, any extended searching would need to be discussed and agreed upon with the MDH team beforehand and a seperate cost may be applied.
Where do you source your pieces from?
We’ve built long-standing, trusted relationships with our suppliers over the years and source our finds in close partnership with them. For this reason, we respectfully don’t share our supplier contacts, as a great deal of time and care has gone into building these relationships.
What happens if I select Click + Collect but can't pick it up?
If you’re unable to collect your online order, we will hold it for 7 days, unless otherwise outlined in writing by the customer. If you’re no longer able to collect your item, additional shipping will be required and must be paid prior to dispatch.
As we regularly receive new stock, we’re unable to hold items indefinitely.
