Shipping policy

We use Australia Post and our on-road delivery partners.

At checkout you will have the option to select Local Delivery or Click & Collect.

We cannot ship our furniture due to it's size. Please either select 'click and collect' or call us to organise a custom quote.

All delivery costs must be paid separately and prior to delivery via PayPal or by calling the front desk. If you choose to use a third party delivery service (not organised by MDH, we do not provide additional cover for losses or damages.)

If you are locally picking up your item, please wait for our notification stating it is ready for pick up.

Please allow 48 hours for all local pick up orders to be ready for pick-up.
