DO YOU DO DELIVERY AND WHAT ARE THE PRICES?
Yes, we do!
If you purchase online and we can ship it with Australia Post or DHL, it will say this and you will pay for this at checkout. However should you need special road delivery as your item is too big to send via post, we can organise shipping for you and provide you with quotes. Our local road delivery price is $100 AUD (50km from our showroom in Busselton) and our Perth metro delivery price is $250 (200km from our showroom in Busselton). Please contact us to discuss your shipping options if no shipping option is available. All road delivery costs must be paid separately and prior to transit and delivery via PayPal. Should you wish you organise your own delivery, you are welcome to, however MDH holds no responsibility for third party transit delays or damages. You can also pick your order up from our Busselton showroom during our opening hours which are Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm or Saturdays 9am -3pm. We are closed Sundays and public holidays.
DO YOU OFFER AN INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE?
Yes, we do!
Kellie has extensive experience in interior styling and home decorating. The initial consultation fee is $150, to be booked through MDH and paid in advance. All future work scope and quotes are tailored to the client and will be provided after the first consultation. Should you wish to proceed with the interior design services, the $150 consultation fee can be used in store for items $1,500 and over.

CAN YOU SOURCE A SPECIFIC ITEM FOR ME?
Yes, we can!
We take all requests for special items at our MDH front desk.
We will do our best to find what you are looking for through our suppliers should it be a simple change of colour or finishing. However, if you are looking for a very specific item, lets say - a golden antique peacock that is 1m tall with a saphire necklace, it does not mean we will spend specific amounts of time to search out your desired item unless previously discussed with the MDH team.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR PIECES FROM?
We have built wonderful relationships with our suppliers over the years and source our finds in partnership with them. We respectfully decline to share our contacts with anyone due to the time we have spent cultivating these special connections.
CAN YOU EXPLAIN YOUR SHIPPING PRICES?
We have absorbed some of the shipping costs, however as we are a regional store, we do have to add additional shipping to each item. If you would prefer to pick up your item from our showroom you can do that to, just call to pay for your item over the phone.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I SELECT CLICK + COLLECT BUT CAN'T PICK IT UP?
If you are unable to collect your online order, we will hold your order for 7 days unless outlined in writing by the customer. If you are no longer able to pick up your item, you will be required to pay for additional shipping prior to sending. You can pick up your orders at 73 Strelly St, Busselton Western Australia on Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm or Saturdays 9am - 3pm. Please bring a digital copy of your order confirmation as well as a matching ID to the name on the purchase. If you decide that you wish you exchange your Click + Collect order, you will be issued with a store credit to the value of your order.
