Refund policy

We operate on a 48 hour shipping policy. Please allow 48 business hours to ship your orders.

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll need to send us images of the item prior to returning so that we can ensure the goods arrive as they left the recipient. Please provide us with your purchase number as well as the tracking details of your return shipment. We do not pay for return shipping costs, nor will provide refunds/credit notes for items lost in the mail. Once we have received the item, we will inspect it to ensure it matches the images and send the store credit to your provided email address.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • A change of mind
  • Lost or damaged goods (you have the option to purchase additional cover at checkout)
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Vintage items. It is understood that with the purchase of a Vintage item there will be wear and tear. We do our best to disclose markings on any Vintage item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, vintage items nor redeem gift cards for cash. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.


Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not provide refunds on shipping, interior design consultations or services, change of mind, vintage items or incorrect orders.

 

Click + Collect

All click and collect items are to be picked up in-store within a seven (7) day period. If you cannot collect your item in that timeframe, please contact our team at info@mydivinehome.com.au . If you find that your Click + Collect item needs to be exchanged, you will be issued a store credit to the value of the purchase.
